The aim of hypnotherapy is to make suggestions to the subconscious mind that will change the way you think of and feel about the phobia. Through a relaxed state you will slowly confront your phobia step by step until you no longer fear it. A phobia is a learned response that can be unlearned successfully. Up to three sessions may be needed for this treatment.
